Jeff Meyers, President of Zonda, joined CoStar Group in August 2026. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Zonda, where he guided the company's strategic vision to deliver trusted data, leading marketplaces, and innovative digital solutions for the homebuilding industry. 

Under Jeff's leadership, Zonda expanded its capabilities across data, analytics, and marketplace solutions, strengthening its position as a trusted source of intelligence for the residential construction and real estate industries. He led the company through significant growth and strategic acquisitions, helping shape the future of housing data and technology. 

Jeff founded Meyers Group in 1985, building it into one of the industry's most respected consulting and advisory firms before its transformation into Zonda in 2020. For more than four decades, he has helped homebuilders, developers, investors, and industry leaders make informed decisions through data-driven insights and strategic guidance. 

Widely recognized as an authority on residential construction and real estate trends, Jeff is a member of the California Building Industry Association Hall of Fame and serves on Harvard University's Policy Advisory Board.
