Felix Kusch is President of Homes.com, CoStar Group’s residential real estate marketplace. He brings more than 15 years of experience in digital marketplaces, with deep expertise in online real estate, technology, commercial transformation and growth. 

Prior to joining CoStar Group, Felix served as Chief Executive Officer of immowelt, a leading German online real estate marketplace. During his tenure, he led a strategic, commercial and organizational transformation of the business, strengthening its customer proposition and expanding the marketplace through acquisitions. Previously, Felix served as Chief Executive Officer of Immoweb, Belgium’s leading online real estate marketplace, where he drove growth and introduced a new customer proposition. 

Earlier in his career, Felix held senior investment and strategy roles at Axel Springer, where he worked with CEOs and boards across a portfolio of leading international digital marketplaces. His responsibilities spanned strategy, M&A, governance and value creation, including the acquisition of Logic-Immo and its combination with Groupe SeLoger. He began his career with OC&C Strategy Consultants in Germany and France.
