LEADERSHIP

Nana Banerjee is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading and scaling global technology, information services, financial services and data-driven businesses. Most recently, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer of Pelmorex Corp., a global weather and climate data company best known for The Weather Network and MétéoMédia in Canada. During his tenure, he successfully led the company’s transformation with market leading AI-native offerings. 

Previously, Dr. Banerjee was a Senior Advisor and Senior Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management, where he worked with portfolio companies to drive operational improvements, execute strategic growth plans, and increase enterprise value post-acquisition.. In other prior roles, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of McGraw-Hill, and as Group President and Chief Analytics Officer at Verisk, where he was responsible for the company’s high-growth businesses and oversaw its centralized data, AI, and advanced analytics organizations. He joined Verisk through its acquisition of Argus Information & Advisory Services, where he was Co-President and Chief Operating Officer. 

Earlier in his career, Dr. Banerjee led Citibank's credit card business in the United Kingdom. He also served as Audit Committee Chairman and non-executive Chairman of Comscore. 

Dr. Banerjee holds a Ph.D in Applied Mathematics from SUNY Binghamton, a Master of Science in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
